Before starting a project
- Describe your business, audience, and goal.
- List the pieces you need, including sizes and quantities.
- Share your budget range and preferred timeline.
- Collect a few visual references and explain what you like.
Gather your brand assets

- Send original logo files, such as AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF, when available.
- Supply original photos rather than screenshots or images copied from social media.
- Include brand colors, fonts, and any existing guidelines.
- If you’re unsure what you have, send it and I’ll review it.
Get ready for production
Preparing print content
- Confirm the finished size, orientation, and quantity.
- Provide final copy in an editable document.
- Check names, phone numbers, addresses, and QR destinations.
- I’ll confirm artwork requirements with the selected printer.

How do I start?
Tell me what you need through the Contact page, or book a consultation. I’ll help clarify the scope and next steps.
Is a deposit required?
My standard deposit is 50% before work begins. The remaining payment and deliverables follow the agreed project terms.
How many revisions are included?
Two revisions are typically included. Send one consolidated list of feedback by email so I can address the changes together. Additional work is quoted separately.
How long does a project take?
Typical design turnaround is 4–5 business days. Print production is generally 5–7 business days, with timing confirmed for your order. Website timelines depend on the scope and readiness of your content.
Can we work in Spanish?
Yes. I work with clients in English and Spanish. Con gusto podemos hablar de tu proyecto en español.
