This notice explains how Unlimited GFX, operated by Ricardo Un in Santa Ana, California, handles information provided through this website. Questions can be sent to info@unlimitedgfx.com.
Information you provide
The inquiry form collects your name, email, business name, project details, and any optional phone number, website, budget, timeline, retainer plan, or monthly-hours estimate you choose to provide. Please do not include payment-card details, passwords, or other sensitive information in your message.
How information is used
I use inquiries to respond, discuss project requirements, prepare proposals, and manage the resulting business relationship. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list. Optional Google Analytics is used only after you accept analytics, as explained below. No advertising pixels or remarketing tags are installed by this update.
Service providers and external links
Hosting and email providers process technical information and messages as needed to operate the website and deliver inquiries. The form can use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for spam; when enabled, Cloudflare processes the information needed for that check. Appointment links open Square, and social links open their respective services, which apply their own privacy practices.
Technical information and preferences
The hosting service may keep access and security logs, including IP addresses and request information. The form uses a one-way hash of the connecting IP address and a timestamp for rate limiting, stored outside the public website folder. No raw IP is stored in that throttle record. Accessibility preferences are saved in your browser’s local storage so your choices can be remembered. Turnstile may process browser and device information for abuse prevention when enabled.
Cookies and tracking signals
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Until you accept, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and this implementation sends no Analytics events to Google. Accept and Decline are equally available. You can change your choice through Cookie preferences in the footer. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep optional analytics off, even if a previous acceptance was saved. Declining or withdrawing consent disables future Analytics events and attempts to remove this site’s Google Analytics cookies; information already received by Google is not automatically deleted. Browser storage restrictions may prevent your choice from persisting. External services you choose to visit may use their own cookies or storage.
Optional Google Analytics
When you accept, Google Analytics 4 receives usage information such as pages viewed, browser and device characteristics, approximate location, a referring website, and events indicating a successful contact inquiry or a click to the Square booking page. A consultation click does not confirm a completed appointment. Google processes technical information, including your IP address as part of the connection, under its own privacy practices.
The Google tag uses first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_MX806T3515 to distinguish visits. They are configured with a 180-day expiration, which may refresh with use or be shortened by your browser. Advertising storage, ad personalization and Google signals are disabled in this integration. Names, email addresses, phone numbers, project descriptions, and other form field values are not included in the custom Analytics events. Page URLs sent by this implementation exclude query strings and fragments, and referrers are reduced to their website origin.
Google may process Analytics data on servers outside your country. Learn about Google’s privacy practices and how Google uses information from partner sites. Event-level data retention depends on the Google Analytics property settings. Aggregate reports may remain available for longer.
Sharing and protection
I do not sell inquiry information. Information may be processed by the providers described above, used to meet legal obligations, or disclosed when necessary to protect legitimate rights and security. Access should be limited to what is needed for those purposes. No website or email system can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and requests
Inquiry and client records are kept as needed to respond, provide services, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. Hosting and email providers may retain their own logs and backups. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted, email info@unlimitedgfx.com. I may need to verify the request, and some records may need to be retained.
Children
The website is intended for people seeking professional design services and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, please contact me.
