What happens to unused hours?
Unused hours expire at the end of each month. The fee reserves that month’s availability, rather than creating a bank of hours for later.
What if I need more hours?
Additional hours are billed at $180/hour. I’ll discuss additional scope and availability with you before proceeding.
How long is the commitment?
The initial minimum is three months. At the end, we review whether the hours fit your needs and discuss renewal options.
When am I invoiced?
The monthly retainer is paid in advance. Invoices are issued at the beginning of the month and may include previously agreed additional charges.
Does priority scheduling mean immediate turnaround?
No. We agree on priorities and realistic timelines. A retainer reserves capacity; it is not unlimited design or emergency availability.
Are logos or websites included?
Logo design and web development are quoted separately. The retainer covers the agreed print, digital, and advertising design work.
